广州市初级中学校园篮球开展现状及优化研究
[Abstract]:Since football entered the campus, campus football has achieved remarkable results. After campus football, the Ministry of Education has implemented the campus basketball promotion pilot work since 2016, and selected 11 provinces (cities) as the campus basketball promotion pilot area. Although there is no Guangdong Province in the first batch of pilot areas, basketball projects in Guangdong Province have a strong living environment and soil. Guangdong has three CBA and one WCBA team, and the amateur basketball league is also in full swing. Guangzhou, as the capital of Guangdong province, has unique geographical, economic and cultural status. In 2016, it not only successfully settled the Guangzhou Securities team in Guangzhou, In the Guangdong Basketball League, both men and women won the runner-up. Guangdong University Basketball League, Guangzhou Nike High School Basketball League, "Spadin" junior high school leagues in Guangzhou regularly held every year has become the norm. Therefore, campus basketball in Guangzhou has vigorously promoted and implemented conditions. This research takes Guangzhou junior middle school as the research object, uses the literature material method, the mathematical statistics method, the expert interview method, the questionnaire survey method, the logic analysis method to carry on the investigation and analysis to the Guangzhou campus basketball development present situation. Through the analysis of the design of school basketball curriculum, students' wishes, teachers' situation, site equipment, teachers' feedback and so on, the research results show that: (1) the campus basketball development of Guangzhou junior middle school has a good popularity. Students have a strong interest in basketball and have better conditions for development, the number of students participating in basketball is numerous. However, due to the heavy learning tasks, the time to participate in basketball is slightly insufficient. (2) from the evaluation of students' questionnaire, we can know that the basketball curriculum in Guangzhou junior middle school is less. School curriculum is based on the requirements of the syllabus or physical examination as the main content of the class. The basketball curriculum and the basketball characteristic curriculum are slightly insufficient. (3) the teachers of Guangzhou junior middle school are mainly young teachers, the structure is more reasonable, but the total number of basketball teachers is on the low side, the teaching task of the teachers is heavy, and one person has many classes and multiple levels. Teachers' special distribution is uneven, teachers' continuing education and training opportunities are less. (4) Guangzhou junior middle school basketball court equipment is a little insufficient, the quantity can meet the daily basketball teaching, but can not meet the demand of basketball activities after class. There are few indoor basketball venues, which has a certain impact on the development of basketball lessons in rainy and cloudy weather. The school management of the site equipment is relatively loose, lack of regular maintenance and replacement. (5) the factors that affect the development of campus basketball in Guangzhou junior middle school are: policy and school factor, basketball curriculum factor, field equipment factor, student factor, etc. Family social factors. Policy and school factor contribution rate ranked first, indicating that the intervention of policy and school factors had the greatest effect on the development of campus basketball in junior high schools.
