高中语文教师反思性教学研究

【摘要】:虽然基础教育在不断改革,素质教育在不断推广以及《义务教育语文课程标准(2011版)》在不断推进,教师的反思能力和创新精神亦逐步引起教育界的广泛重视。但是,在高中语文实际教学过程中,仍然存在以机械重复教学经验为主的操作性教学行为,教师反思意识缺失,创新精神匮乏,专业化水平过低等多种不合理的现象。本文以反思性教学的理论和实践两层面紧密结合为出发点,以对高中语文教师反思性教学的研究为侧重点展开分析,通过文献研究法发现反思性教学的研究存在理论与实践严重脱节、针对性和操作性不强,影响因素研究少等问题,通过案例分析法发现高中语文教师反思性教学存在思想观念薄弱、实施不合理等问题。其中,思想观念薄弱包括反思、合作、责任意识淡薄和语文课程观、师生观等教育理念不科学,实施不合理包括教学设计、实施和评价不合理。基于高中语文教师反思性教学存在的问题及其原因分析,并结合以高中语文教师外部和内部两个层面分析影响高中语文教师进行反思性教学的因素,提出了高中语文教师反思性教学的解决策略:首先,教师内部层面:从反思性教育理念、教学设计、课堂实施、教学评价等方面提升反思性教学实践能力,在这之中十分注重通过构建高中语文教师专业共同体,丰富教师教育理论知识等方面推进教师专业化发展。其次,教师外部层面:社会文化层面,与时俱进,终身学习;学校层面,积极支持、配合相关的评价、管理制度,努力营造民主、合作的文化氛围,主动参与专家引领和考察、交流制度下的活动;学生层面,构建新型师生关系,培养学生的反思性学习能力。
[Abstract]:Although basic education is being reformed, quality education is being popularized and the Chinese Curriculum Standard for compulsory Education (2011 Edition) is being promoted, teachers' reflective ability and innovative spirit have been paid more and more attention. However, in the practical teaching of Chinese in senior high school, there are still many unreasonable phenomena, such as mechanical repeated teaching experience, lack of teachers' reflective consciousness, lack of innovation spirit, too low level of specialization and so on. This paper takes the theory and practice of reflective teaching as the starting point and focuses on the research of reflective teaching of Chinese teachers in senior high school. Through literature research, it is found that there are some problems in the research of reflective teaching, such as the serious disconnection between theory and practice, the lack of pertinence and maneuverability, the lack of research on influencing factors, and so on. Through the case analysis, it is found that the reflective teaching of Chinese teachers in senior high school has some problems, such as weak ideology and unreasonable implementation. Among them, the weak ideas include reflection, cooperation, weak sense of responsibility, Chinese curriculum view, teachers and students view of education unscientific, the implementation of unreasonable including teaching design, implementation and evaluation is unreasonable. Based on the analysis of the problems and causes of reflective teaching of Chinese teachers in senior high school, and combining with the external and internal aspects of Chinese teachers in senior high school, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the reflective teaching of Chinese teachers in senior high school. This paper puts forward the solving strategies of reflective teaching for Chinese teachers in senior high school: firstly, the internal level of teachers: to improve the practical ability of reflective teaching from the aspects of reflective education concept, teaching design, classroom implementation, teaching evaluation, etc. In this regard, great attention is paid to the development of teachers' specialization by constructing a professional community of Chinese teachers in senior high schools and enriching the theoretical knowledge of teachers' education. Second, the external level of teachers: social and cultural level, with the times, lifelong learning; school level, active support, with relevant evaluation, management system, strive to create a democratic, cooperative cultural atmosphere, take the initiative to participate in expert guidance and inspection, The activities under the communication system, the student level, the establishment of a new relationship between teachers and students, and the cultivation of students' reflective learning ability.
