中学生数学学习动机现状及对策研究

【摘要】：影响学习效果的因素有智力因素和非智力因素,学习动机是非智力因素中的一项重要内容。学习动机水平的高低直接影响着学生的学习效果,了解学生的学习动机水平,发现学生学习动机方面存在的问题,培养和激发学生的数学学习动机是数学教师在教育教学过程中的一个必不可少的环节。数学是整个教育体系中的基础学科,其重要性不言而喻,所以,对中学生的数学学习动机进行研究是非常有必要的。在研究过程中,作者采用了文献研究法、调查问卷法、访谈法和个案研究法。为了更好的了解中学生的数学学习动机现状,从以下几个维度进行考虑:学生的自身因素、家庭因素、学校因素、教师因素、学习环境因素和数学学科特点等方面,编制了由25道选择题和4道开放题组成的调查问卷,通过对某中学学生进行问卷调查,并对调查结果进行了统计分析,发现中学生的数学学习动机整体较弱,并列举了中学生数学学习动机方面存在的问题,并针对数学学习动机存在的问题,提出了应对策略和建议。本文从以下5章内容进行研究:第一章:在查阅了大量文献资料的基础上,结合教学实际,对研究的背景、问题、国内外的研究现状、目的、对象、方法和意义进行了阐述和分析;第二章:对学习动机的相关内容进行了阐述;第三章:总结了学习动机的相关理论基础;第四章:介绍了问卷调查的实施过程,然后对问卷调查的结果进行了统计和分析,最后罗列了学生在学习动机方面存在的问题;第五章:针对学生存在的问题提出了解决对策和建议。本文的创新之处是结合最新的学习动机研究成果,并与时下学生存在的比较严重的若干学习问题和泛滥的数学补习现象相结合来研究学生的学习动机情况,对学生的数学学习动机现状进行了问卷调查,调查结果非常清晰直观,从调查的结果中发现学生在数学学习动机方面存在很大问题。最后,结合学生、老师和教学实际,根据发现的问题提出了有效的解决策略和建议,并将有关理论和调查结果应用到了教学实际中。数学教育工作者,要首先了解学习动机的相关理论,认识中学生的数学学习动机现状,并采取相应措施和方法改变学生数学学习中存在的问题,让学生喜欢数学,在教学活动中不仅要让学生学会知识,还要使学生明白为什么而学,调动学生学习数学的积极性,让学生体验到学习数学的乐趣,充分培养和激发学生的学习动机,达到一个高效和快乐的数学课堂,培养出具有较高数学素养和高质量的学生,为国家的新课程改革和教育的发展贡献力量。
[Abstract]:The factors influencing learning effect are intelligence factor and non-intelligence factor. Learning motivation is an important part of non-intelligence factor. The level of learning motivation has a direct impact on students' learning effect, understanding the level of students' learning motivation, and finding out the problems existing in students' learning motivation. Cultivating and arousing students' motivation of mathematics learning is an indispensable link in the process of teaching and education of mathematics teachers. Mathematics is the basic subject in the whole education system, and its importance is self-evident. Therefore, it is very necessary to study the mathematics learning motivation of middle school students. In the course of the research, the author adopts the methods of literature research, questionnaire, interview and case study. In order to better understand the current situation of mathematics learning motivation of middle school students, it is considered from the following dimensions: students' own factors, family factors, school factors, teachers' factors, learning environment factors and mathematical subject characteristics, etc. A questionnaire composed of 25 multiple choice questions and 4 open questions was compiled. Through the questionnaire survey of a middle school student and the statistical analysis of the results, it was found that the mathematics learning motivation of the middle school students was weak as a whole. The problems in mathematics learning motivation of middle school students are listed, and corresponding strategies and suggestions are put forward in the light of the problems existing in mathematics learning motivation. This article carries on the research from the following five chapters: the first chapter: on the basis of consulting a lot of literature material, unifies the teaching practice, to the research background, the question, the domestic and foreign research present situation, the goal, the object, Methods and significance of the analysis; chapter two: the related content of learning motivation is expounded; chapter three: summarize the relevant theoretical basis of learning motivation; chapter four: introduced the implementation of the questionnaire survey process, Then the results of the questionnaire are statistically analyzed, and finally the problems of students' learning motivation are listed. Chapter five: to solve the problems of students' problems, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. The innovation of this paper is to study the students' learning motivation by combining with the latest research results of learning motivation, and with some serious learning problems and the overflowing phenomenon of mathematics tutoring. The present situation of students' mathematics learning motivation is investigated by questionnaire, and the results are very clear and intuitive. From the results of the survey, we find that there are great problems in mathematics learning motivation of students. Finally, combining the students, teachers and teaching practice, the paper puts forward effective strategies and suggestions according to the problems found, and applies the relevant theories and investigation results to the teaching practice. Mathematics educators should first understand the relevant theories of learning motivation, understand the present situation of mathematics learning motivation of middle school students, and take corresponding measures and methods to change the problems existing in students' mathematics study, so that students can like mathematics. In teaching activities, we should not only let students learn knowledge, but also make students understand why to learn, arouse students' enthusiasm in learning mathematics, let students experience the fun of learning mathematics, and fully cultivate and stimulate students' learning motivation. To achieve an efficient and happy mathematics classroom, cultivate students with high mathematics literacy and high quality, and contribute to the new curriculum reform and the development of education.
