高中生政治课学习中的性别差异与教学策略研究

【摘要】:教育是人类特有的传承文化的能动性活动,对于人的教化与培育,发挥着重要的作用。在这个过程中,我们既要关注到教育者,更要关注到我们的教育对象,了解教育对象的特点,掌握教育对象被当作个体来研究时的身心发展特点,同时也要将教育对象作为群体对象来研究性别差异。而研究性别差异的最终目的就是通过实际的调查研究,“因性施教”,即在教学活动中基于性别差异采取相应的教学策略。具体分析男女生的性别优势,帮助他们保持和发展各自的优势,弥补自己的不足,激发学习的兴趣,树立学习的信心,实现个人的成长。文章分为六个部分:第一章绪论部分介绍了问题提出的背景、相关概念界定、已有研究综述、研究设计和意义。第二章重点介绍了性别差异的理论基础。这也是本文的研究起点。第三章主要是调查分析教学中的性别差异状况。这是本文的实践基础。第四章对于性别差异的原因进行理论和现实的分析。理论原因比较抽象,是本文的难点。第五章是教学策略的设想和实施,是本文的重点。最后第六章结束语部分提出进一步的研究方向。本文研究成果如下:在现有课程的基础上对于教材进行二次开发,找到适合学生性别差异的课程规划;在政治课教材中提取正面典范,使学生在学习过程中树立正确的性别角色意识;教师树立正确的性别观念,尊重学生的性别差异,进行双性化教育;在已有师资基础上,加强政治教师思想素质与个人人格魅力的提升,做一名受学生欢迎的教师,改变学生对政治教师已有的的刻板印象;培养学生对于政治课学习的自信心,重视与学生的情感交流;教学活动中实现情感、态度、价值观目标,学习发达地区先进的教学手段,将教学内容生动呈现给学生。男女生的性别差异客观存在且不容忽视,针对差异进行的教学又取得了一定的成果和预期的目标,政治教师就应该继续扬长补短,因材施教,引导男女生在学习中优势互补,共同培养男女生的优秀品质,使他们得到良好的发展。
[Abstract]:Education is a special activity of inheriting culture, which plays an important role in the cultivation and cultivation of human beings. The article is divided into six parts: the first chapter introduces the background of the question, the definition of relevant concepts, the existing research review, research design and significance. The second chapter focuses on the theoretical basis of gender differences. This is also the starting point of this paper. The third chapter is to investigate and analyze the gender differences in teaching. This is the practical basis of this paper. Chapter four analyzes the causes of gender difference theoretically and practically. The theoretical reasons are abstract, which is the difficulty of this paper. The fifth chapter is the teaching strategy assumption and implementation, is the focal point of this article. Finally, the conclusion of the sixth chapter puts forward the direction of further research. The research results of this paper are as follows: on the basis of the existing curriculum, the second development of the textbook is carried out to find out the curriculum planning suitable for the students' gender difference, and the positive model is extracted from the political teaching material. In the process of learning, students should have a correct awareness of gender role, teachers should set up a correct gender concept, respect students' gender differences, carry out bisexual education, and on the basis of existing teachers, To enhance the political teachers' ideological quality and personal personality charm, to be a popular teacher, to change the students' stereotype of the political teachers, to cultivate the students' confidence in the study of political lessons, We should pay attention to emotional communication with students, realize emotion, attitude and values goal in teaching activities, study advanced teaching methods in developed areas, and present teaching contents vividly to students. The gender differences of male and female students exist objectively and can not be ignored. The teaching of the differences has achieved certain results and expected goals. Therefore, political teachers should continue to complement each other, teach students according to their aptitude, and guide male and female students to complement each other in their learning. Together to cultivate the excellent quality of boys and girls, so that they get good development.
