高中思想政治课法治价值观教育研究

【摘要】:建设社会主义法治国家,实现依法治国总目标必须要加强公民法治价值观教育。党的十八届四中全会全文公报中指出增强全民法治观念,推进法治社会建设是依法治国的重大任务之一。高中生是公民的预备队伍。高中生的法治价值观建设决定着未来社会公民的法治素质。由于法治价值观教育内容在高中阶段没有设置单独的必修课程,高中思想政治课成为对高中生进行法治价值观教育的重要途径之一,但是由于法治价值观教育内容的抽象性且在高中思想政治课中比较零散、不系统,法治价值观的培养往往在现实的教学过程中被忽略。为了能够充分发挥思想政治课在法治价值观教育中的作用,本文对高中思想政治课法治价值观教育的现状、内容和作用等方面进行了系统地梳理。本文分为六部分。第一部分对高中思想政治课法治价值观教育这个概念进行界定。首先通过分别介绍法治的内涵、价值观的内涵及价值观教育的内涵,经过分析与整合进而明确法治价值观教育的含义。最后,分析高中思想政治课法治价值观教育的特征。第二部分,阐明了目前高中生法治价值观中存在的问题及原因。第三部分,对高中思想政治课法治价值观教育的重要性进行了研究。第四部分,结合教育实习的实践经历,对高中思想政治课法治价值观教育的现状进行了分析。第五部分,结合高中思想政治教育课程标准和高中思想政治课本内容,阐明思想政治课中法治价值观教育的基本内容。第六部分,针对现阶段法治价值观教育的问题,提出促进高中思想政治课法治价值观教育的对策,主要是从教学目标、教师、教学方法、教育共同体和高中生五个方面提出建议。
[Abstract]:To build a socialist country ruled by law and to achieve the general goal of governing the country according to law, we must strengthen the education of citizens' values of rule of law. It is pointed out in the communique of the fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee that strengthening the concept of rule by law among the people and promoting the construction of a society ruled by law is one of the major tasks of governing the country by law. High school students are the preparatory team of citizens. The construction of high school students' legal values determines the legal quality of citizens in the future. Because the content of value education of rule of law does not set up a separate compulsory course in senior high school, the ideological and political course of high school becomes one of the important ways to educate high school students on the value of rule of law. However, due to the abstract content of the value education of the rule of law and its scattered and unsystematic nature in the high school ideological and political class, the cultivation of the values of the rule of law is often ignored in the course of teaching in reality. In order to give full play to the role of ideological and political courses in the education of values of rule of law, this paper systematically combs the present situation, contents and functions of the education of values of rule of law in high school ideological and political courses. This paper is divided into six parts. The first part defines the concept of legal values education in high school ideological and political course. Firstly, by introducing the connotation of the rule of law, the connotation of the values and the connotation of the value education, the meaning of the value education of the rule of law is clarified through the analysis and integration. Finally, it analyzes the characteristics of high school ideological and political education of values of the rule of law. The second part clarifies the existing problems and reasons of high school students'values of rule of law. The third part, the importance of high school ideological and political education of values of the rule of law has been studied. The fourth part, combined with the practical experience of education practice, analyzes the current situation of the high school ideological and political course education on the values of rule of law. The fifth part clarifies the basic content of the value education of rule of law in the course of ideology and politics by combining the curriculum standard of high school ideological and political education and the content of high school ideological and political textbook. The sixth part, aiming at the problem of value education of rule of law at the present stage, puts forward the countermeasures to promote the education of value of rule of law in high school ideological and political course, mainly from the teaching goal, teacher, teaching method, Education community and high school students put forward five aspects of advice.
