深圳市福田区中学生生殖健康知识来源及需求分析

【摘要】：目的了解深圳市福田区中学生生殖健康知识的基本情况、来源及需求,为有针对性地开展青春期生殖健康教育提供依据。方法采用随机整群抽样法,对深圳市福田区1029名学生进行问卷调查。结果 1029名学生首次接触性教育的时间主要在初中时期,与其自评需要获得性教育的时间是一致的。受检学生生殖健康知识掌握程度较高,常见问题知晓率达66.2%,对月经、遗精、性冲动的知晓率分别为83.1%、76.4%、82.8%。学校、网络影视、同学同伴是中学生性知识的主要来源,从父母处获取性知识的比例低,女生为36%,而男生仅为16.8%。受检学生在性教育方式的选择上,依次主要为讲座、视频、宣传册、人体模型讲解;在性教育的内容需求方面,依次主要为性心理知识、性生理知识及性的选择与责任。结论深圳市福田区中学生生殖健康知识知晓率高,但性心理教育及引导需求明显;学生性知识获取途径多样化,但家庭性教育比重低。今后需重视青春期心理引导及教育,发挥家庭性教育的优势,充分整合学校、医院及家庭各方资源,探索青春期生殖健康最佳教育模式。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the basic situation, sources and needs of reproductive health knowledge of middle school students in Futian District, Shenzhen City, and to provide evidence for the development of adolescent reproductive health education. Methods 1029 students in Futian District of Shenzhen City were investigated by random cluster sampling. Results the time of first contact sex education of 1029 students was mainly in junior middle school, which was consistent with the time of self-assessment. The knowledge of reproductive health of the tested students was high, the awareness rate of common questions was 66.2, and the awareness rate of menstruation, spermatozoa and sexual impulse was 83.1 and 76.4 respectively. School, network film and television, classmate peer is the main source of sexual knowledge of middle school students, the proportion of obtaining sexual knowledge from parents is low, female is 36, and boys are only 16.8. On the choice of the way of sex education, the students were mainly explained by lectures, videos, brochures and mannequins in turn, and in terms of the content demand of sex education, they were mainly about the knowledge of sex psychology, the knowledge of sex physiology and the choice and responsibility of sex. Conclusion the awareness rate of reproductive health knowledge of middle school students in Futian District of Shenzhen is high, but the demand of sex psychological education and guidance is obvious, and the ways of obtaining sexual knowledge are diversified, but the proportion of family sex education is low. In the future, we should pay attention to the psychological guidance and education of adolescence, give full play to the advantages of family sex education, fully integrate the resources of schools, hospitals and families, and explore the best educational model of adolescent reproductive health.
