新媒体时代中学语文教师专业素养研究

【摘要】:于中学生来说,他们即将迎来人生中最重要的阶段,身体身心的正确引导对于中学生来说至关重要,老师作为家庭教育之外最重要的引导者,对中学生的影响是非常巨大的。如今的社会是不断发展的,对老师的要求也发生了变化,从死板的教书匠变成的教育工作者,不只是师傅带入门,修行靠个人,更应该是课堂教学中的引领者、执行者,教师更是为学生全面发展而存在的。因此,教师的素养不仅对于自身很重要,对于承载着祖国未来的中学生的身心发展也有着极其重要的意义。当然各学科的老师,他们所学的知识的差异,以及教学方式的差异,他们的素养也存在着差异。但当前语文教师专业素养发展更多的是不清晰、无条理、更没有分类可言。更别说是针对语文学科的特点为教师制定清晰明了,有条理,有分类的发展规划了。因此也不能正确高效的引导老师进行比较细致的研究,也就不能形成正确的发展观念,中学语文教师对自身的发展也存在着盲目性,导致语文教师专业素养的发展不尽如人意。本研究希望通过对中学语文教师的专业素养发展状况的调查分析,结合新媒体时代下对教师专业素养的新要求,探究初中语文教师专业知识、专业理念、专业技能中存在的问题,并且分析这些问题存在的原因,为促进新媒体时代中学语文教师专业素养的发展与提高,提供一些实际的、可行性高的、有意义的建议和对策。此论文为五个重要部分。第一部分是绪论:阐述相关文献,以及研究问题所提出的背景和研究此问题的研究意义;第二部分对新媒体时代、教师专业素养的内涵和结构进行了阐述,并探讨教师专业素养发展的理论依据;第三部分通过对团风中学、襄阳八中、麻城一中、黄冈中学四所中学语文教师专业素养发展情况的调查,了解这四所中学语文教师语文专业素养发展的情况,并分析调查中所存在的问题以及产生的原因;第四部分是就该调查中,这四所中学语文教师专业素养发展状况中存在的缺陷,结合新媒体时代背景下中学语文教师专业素养发展的标准,试图提出合理的解决策略;第五部分为结语,对本论文进行了总体阐述。
[Abstract]:For the middle school students, they are about to ushered in the most important stage in their life. The correct guidance of body and mind is very important to the middle school students. The teacher, as the most important guide outside the family education, has great influence on the middle school students. Today's society is constantly developing, and the requirements for teachers have also changed. From rigid teachers to educators, it is not only teachers who lead the way and practice by individuals, but also leaders and executors in classroom teaching. Teachers exist for the all-round development of students. Therefore, teachers' accomplishment is not only very important for themselves, but also very important for the physical and mental development of middle school students carrying the future of the motherland. Of course, the teachers of various subjects, the differences in the knowledge they have learned, as well as the differences in teaching methods, there are also differences in their literacy. But at present, the development of Chinese teachers' professional quality is more unclear, disorganized, not to speak of classification. Not to mention a clear, organized and classified development plan for teachers in accordance with the characteristics of Chinese subjects. Therefore, it is impossible to guide teachers to do more detailed research, and to form a correct concept of development. Chinese teachers in middle schools also have blindness to their own development, which leads to the development of Chinese teachers' professional literacy is not satisfactory. This study hopes that through the investigation and analysis of the development of Chinese teachers' professional literacy in middle school, and combined with the new requirements of teachers' professional accomplishment in the new media era, this paper will explore the professional knowledge and professional concept of junior high school Chinese teachers. In order to promote the development and improvement of middle school Chinese teachers' professional quality in the new media era, some practical, feasible and meaningful suggestions and countermeasures are provided. This paper is composed of five important parts. The first part is the introduction: expounding the relevant literature, the background of the research and the significance of the research. The second part expounds the connotation and structure of teachers' professional quality in the new media era, and probes into the theoretical basis for the development of teachers' professional literacy. The third part investigates the development of Chinese teachers' professional literacy in four middle schools, namely Tuanfeng Middle School, Xiangyang Middle School, Macheng No. 1 Middle School, Huanggang Middle School, to understand the development of Chinese language teachers' professional literacy in these four middle schools. And analyzes the existing problems and causes in the investigation; The fourth part is in this investigation, the four middle school Chinese teachers' professional development status of the defects, combined with the new media era Chinese teachers' professional development standards, trying to put forward a reasonable solution strategy; The fifth part is the conclusion, this paper carries on the overall elaboration.
