全国高考江苏政治自主命题现状的研究分析

【摘要】:高考是反映教育教学的窗口,命题是推进高考的载体。自获得高考命题权以来,江苏政治自主命题有了长足的发展和进步。新课程改革已经从理念深入到实践,自主命题能否与新课程协同共进,能否立足江苏省情选拔优秀人才,能否体现促进学生核心素养发展的正确方向,值得深入探究。研究江苏政治自主命题的现状,有助于提高学生对政治学科的重视,有助于教育一线工作者对课堂教学的把控,有助于提升高考命题的质量,发挥“教、学、测”的意义。随着命题实践的不断丰富,江苏不仅将经济、政治和哲学的常识作为试题的主力军,而且逐渐加重文化常识在高考试题中的分量,重视对选修内容和时政的选择。在题型设置上也改变延续全国卷的特点,不断创新新题型,寻求在题型上的突破。江苏高考政治自主命题注重模块间知识的融合和能力层次的提升,不断突出与生活的联系,渗透价值观导向。然而,江苏高考政治命题所强调的内容、要求和实际政治课教学有一定的偏差。虽然命题基本上符合新课程的理念,实现高考的选拔功能,保持一定的科学性,但存在试题超纲以及与教学内容有出入的现象。同时,命题融合模块知识的要求使得日常教学面临时间紧、难度大的困难,新题型的出现更是让教师和学生一筹莫展。这些问题都需要对高考命题进行更客观的评价和分析。江苏高考新方案已经出台,政治成为“3+3”模式中的选考科目计入总分,这一形势对命题和教学带来了新机遇和新挑战。为了使高考政治卷的命制日臻完善,命题既要把握课程标准、坚持能力导向,又要融入核心素养、坚持政治方向,在此基础上还要突出问题与能力立意、增加内容的生活化、讲究试题的科学性、增加模块间的交叉。而使命题与教学实现完美对接,教师要将教材、试题和时事在日常教学中有机融合,学生要紧抓知识和能力、关注时事和生活。
[Abstract]:College entrance examination is the window to reflect education and teaching, and proposition is the carrier to promote the college entrance examination. Since getting the right of college entrance examination, Jiangsu's political independent proposition has made great progress. The new curriculum reform has gone from concept to practice. It is worth further exploring whether the independent proposition can cooperate with the new curriculum, whether we can select excellent talents based on the situation of Jiangsu Province, and whether we can embody the correct direction of promoting the development of students' core accomplishment. The study of the present situation of the political autonomy proposition in Jiangsu is helpful to raise the students' attention to the subject of politics, to help the front-line educators control the classroom teaching, to improve the quality of the proposition of college entrance examination, and to give play to the significance of "teaching, learning and testing". With the continuous enrichment of propositional practice, Jiangsu not only takes the common sense of economy, politics and philosophy as the main force of the test, but also gradually increases the weight of cultural common sense in the examination questions of the college entrance examination, and attaches importance to the choice of elective contents and current politics. It also changes the characteristics of the national volume and constantly innovates the new type in order to find a breakthrough in the question type. The political autonomy proposition of Jiangsu college entrance examination pays attention to the integration of knowledge among modules and the promotion of ability level, which constantly highlights the relationship with life and permeates the orientation of values. However, the political proposition of Jiangsu college entrance examination emphasizes some deviation from the actual political teaching. Although the proposition basically accords with the new curriculum idea, realizes the selection function of the college entrance examination, maintains certain scientific nature, but there exists the phenomenon that the examination question exceeds the outline and has the discrepancy with the teaching content. At the same time, the requirement of knowledge of propositional fusion module makes daily teaching difficult and difficult, and the emergence of new questions makes teachers and students at a loss. These questions all need to carry on the more objective appraisal and the analysis to the college entrance examination proposition. The new plan of college entrance examination in Jiangsu Province has been issued, and politics has become the total score of the selected subjects in the "3 3" mode. This situation has brought new opportunities and challenges to the proposition and teaching. In order to make the life system of the college entrance examination political volume more perfect, the proposition should not only grasp the curriculum standard, adhere to the ability guidance, but also integrate into the core accomplishment, adhere to the political direction. On this basis, it should also highlight the problem and ability idea, increase the content of life. Pay attention to the scientific nature of the test questions, increase the intersection between modules. Teachers should integrate teaching materials, test questions and current affairs in daily teaching, students should pay close attention to knowledge and ability, and pay close attention to current affairs and life.
