冲突理论视域下的中小学教师评价管理研究

【摘要】：中小学教师评价作为促进教师专业发展的重要手段之一,同时也是中小学校完善教师管理以及促进学校教育教学工作发展的重要途径。教师评价过程中存在多重冲突,但目前有关教师评价过程中出现的冲突并没有得到高度重视,教师评价管理工作有待完善。本文从问卷调查所反映的现状入手,分析当前中小学教师评价中存在的冲突事实。剖析出现存的问题,结合当前中小学校教师队伍发展现状,为中小学校冲突管理提出有针对性的建议。以期调整学校教师评价现状、改善中小学校教师管理,提升中小学教师队伍的质量。本文主要内容包括四个部分:首先,绪论部分阐明了选题缘由,并且对国内外过往的相关研究成果进行了研读与总结。同时,明确了本次研究的目的,研究方法,设计了研究的技术路线。其次,相关概念与理论的阐释,包括教师评价和冲突理论。其中,对冲突理论进行了详细的解释。包括解释中小学教师评价管理利用冲突理论的必要性,以及介绍了冲突管理的前提、起点、动力、手段和目的。再次,冲突理论视域下中小学教师评价管理的调查与分析。在这一部分主要阐述了研究的对象和内容,研究的方法与使用过程,研究的结果与分析三大部分。深入分析问卷调查所得数据,总结当前中小学教师评价管理的现状,即总结出当前中小学教师评价管理存在的主要冲突内容。最后,基于以上分析结果,针对存在的问题,提出相关改善建议。在冲突理论指导下,从中小学教师自身、评价工作本身(包括评价主体与评价指标)、冲突处理手段以及监管机制等具体方面提出建议。
[Abstract]:As one of the important means to promote teachers' professional development, teacher evaluation in primary and secondary schools is also an important way to improve teachers' management in primary and secondary schools and to promote the development of school education and teaching work. There are many conflicts in the process of teacher evaluation, but the conflicts in the process of teacher evaluation have not been attached great importance to, and the management of teacher evaluation needs to be improved. This paper analyzes the conflict facts in the evaluation of primary and secondary school teachers from the present situation reflected by the questionnaire survey. By analyzing the existing problems and combining the current development of teachers in primary and secondary schools, the author puts forward some suggestions for conflict management in primary and secondary schools. In order to adjust the status quo of school teacher evaluation, improve the management of primary and secondary school teachers, improve the quality of primary and secondary school teachers. The main content of this paper includes four parts: first, the introduction explains the reason of the topic, and studies and summarizes the related research results at home and abroad. At the same time, the purpose of this study, research methods, the design of the technical route. Secondly, the related concepts and theories, including teacher evaluation and conflict theory. Among them, the conflict theory is explained in detail. It includes explaining the necessity of conflict theory of primary and middle school teachers' evaluation and management, and introducing the premise, starting point, motive force, means and purpose of conflict management. Thirdly, the investigation and analysis of the evaluation and management of primary and secondary school teachers from the perspective of conflict theory. In this part, the object and content of the research, the research method and application process, the research results and analysis are described. This paper analyzes the data of questionnaire and summarizes the current situation of teachers' evaluation and management in primary and secondary schools, that is, it summarizes the main conflict content of the evaluation management of primary and secondary school teachers. Finally, based on the above analysis results, to solve the existing problems, put forward some suggestions for improvement. Under the guidance of conflict theory, this paper puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of primary and secondary school teachers themselves, evaluation work itself (including evaluation subject and evaluation index), conflict handling means and supervision mechanism.
