保定市高中青年教师职业素养的提升对策研究

【摘要】:现在的教师仅仅做一名教书匠是远远不够的,现在的教育是要培养德智体美劳全面发展的高素质人才,教师除了教书,更重要的是育人。也就是说教师不能仅做“经师”,还要做“人师”,更要做“名师”。这就要求教师必须树立良好的职业理想和终身学习观念,通过不断提高自己的教师职业素养这条途径来实现。由于国家的师范生免费教育及特岗计划,使得保定市高中青年教师人数直线上升,多数学校青年教师已成为了骨干主体力量,青年教师的职业素养的高低直接决定了高中学校教育教学的质量。因此要提高高中学校的教育教学质量和管理水平,就必须全面提高青年教师的职业素养水平。本人通过图书馆和网络查阅了大量的关于教师职业素养的文献资料,对教师职业素养理论进行了分析、归纳与总结,从青年教师职业道德素养、青年教师职业知识素养、青年教师职业能力素养、青年教师职业心理素养、青年教师职业身体素养等五个方面来探讨。并针对这五个方面进行了问卷调查和访谈,通过对调查问卷的统计与分析,发现青年教师在职业素养方面存在着诸多问题:如缺乏良好的职业理想、缺少提升自身修养的主动性及成为名师的价值观、终身学习观念淡薄、条件性知识的缺失、教学反思能力低下、自我心理调试能力差、健康意识缺乏等问题,通过分析影响青年教师职业素养提升的因素,并从青年教师个人、学校、社会等方面给出了提升保定市青年教师职业素养的对策:首先从个人方面通过做好职业生涯规划,树立崇高的职业理想、坚定终身学习的理念、注重研究性学习、提倡反思性学习、加强合作等方式提升青年教师职业素养;其次从学校方面要建立完善的教师管理制度、加强教育教学管理与监督、为教师营造适宜的工作环境、为教师的反思搭建切实可行的实践平台等方式提升青年教师职业素养;最后从社会方面通过严格执行中学教师资格认证制度、切实抓好中学教师职后教育和岗位培训工作、提高教师物质待遇,解决教师后顾之忧、大力弘扬尊师重教的良好风尚等方式提升青年教师职业素养。希望对青年教师的职业素养提升有所裨益。
[Abstract]:It is far from enough for a teacher to be a teacher. The present education is to cultivate high-quality talents who are fully developed in morality, intelligence, physical education and labor. In addition to teaching, it is more important for teachers to educate people. In other words, teachers should not only be "teachers", but also "teachers of people", but also "masters of fame." This requires teachers to set up a good professional ideal and lifelong learning concept, through the continuous improvement of their own professional literacy to achieve this way. As a result of the national free education for normal students and the special post plan, the number of young teachers in Baoding City has risen sharply, and most of the young teachers in schools have become the backbone of the main force. The professional quality of young teachers directly determines the quality of high school education and teaching. Therefore, in order to improve the teaching quality and management level of high school, it is necessary to improve the professional quality of young teachers. Through the library and the network, I have consulted a large number of literature on teachers' professional literacy, analyzed and summarized the theory of teachers' professional literacy, from the young teachers' professional ethics literacy, young teachers' professional knowledge literacy, This paper probes into five aspects: young teachers' professional ability accomplishment, young teachers' professional psychological accomplishment, young teachers' professional body accomplishment and so on. Through the statistics and analysis of the questionnaire, it is found that there are many problems in the professional accomplishment of young teachers, such as the lack of good professional ideal. Lack of initiative to improve self-cultivation and the values of becoming a famous teacher, lack of life-long learning concept, lack of conditional knowledge, low ability of teaching reflection, poor ability of self-psychological debugging, lack of health consciousness, etc. Through the analysis of the factors influencing young teachers' professional literacy, and from the aspects of young teachers' personal, school, society and so on, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of improving the young teachers' professional literacy in Baoding City: firstly, from the personal aspect, it makes a good career plan. Set up lofty professional ideal, firm the concept of lifelong learning, pay attention to research study, advocate reflective learning, strengthen cooperation and other ways to enhance young teachers' professional literacy; Secondly, we should establish a perfect teacher management system, strengthen the education and teaching management and supervision, build a suitable working environment for teachers, and build a practical platform for teachers' reflection to improve young teachers' professional literacy. Finally, from the social point of view, through the strict implementation of the qualification certification system for middle school teachers, we should really do a good job in post-service education and post training of middle school teachers, improve the material treatment of teachers, and solve the worries of teachers. To promote the respect for teachers and respect for education and other ways to promote the professional quality of young teachers. It is hoped that it will benefit young teachers in improving their professional quality.
