高中班主任工作的德育功能研究

【摘要】：随着我国教学现代化的不断发展,人才培养目标逐渐细化、深化发展,尤其是高中学生培养方向逐渐由注重学生的学科成绩到注重学生的德智体美全面发展。在此背景下,高中班主任越来越发挥出重要的教育引导作用,如何有效开展德育工作、引导学生形成正确的人生观、价值观等思想观念成为班主任工作核心重点。从高中实际教育情况出发,以班主任教育工作特点与学生心理发展成长规律为依托,积极关注高中生道德培养的现状,多角度探究有效措施,深入研究如何有效发挥班主任教学工作的德育功能,促进学生成长为心理健康、品德良好的人。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the modernization of teaching in China, the goal of talent training is gradually refined and deepened. Especially, the training direction of senior high school students is gradually developing from paying attention to students' academic achievements to paying attention to students' moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetic development in an all-round way. In this context, the senior high school head teacher is playing an important role in education guidance. How to effectively carry out moral education and guide students to form a correct outlook on life and values has become the core focus of the class teacher's work. Starting from the actual situation of high school education and relying on the characteristics of the head teacher's education and the law of students' psychological development and growth, this paper pays attention to the present situation of moral training of senior high school students and probes into effective measures from many angles. How to give full play to the moral education function of the head teacher's teaching work and promote the students to grow into a healthy person with good moral character is deeply studied.
