【摘要】：路志正教授在腹痛辨证中强调四诊合参,依据疼痛部位结合经脉循行辨别脏腑、气血、虚实,参以脉势、脉体、脉数判断病机。治疗中以温振脾阳为中心,辅以培土疏木,讲究治有缓急、酸甘化阴、缓急止痛为先,灵活使用通泄、祛寒、理血等法,特别在药性的把握上诸多变化。
