五苓散加减治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变临床研究

【摘要】：目的观察五苓散加减辨证治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变(CSC)的临床疗效。方法将60例CSC患者随机分为治疗组及对照组各30例。治疗组口服五苓散加减方治疗,对照组口服维生素B1、维生素C治疗。2组均以1月为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程后观察临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为96.7%,对照组总有效率为73.3%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05);2组治疗前后视力、FFA荧光渗漏面积及水肿程度比较,P0.01,治疗组优于对照组(P0.05)。结论五苓散加减方治疗CSC有良好疗效。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of Wulingsan plus subtraction in the treatment of central serous chorioretinopathy (CSCS). Methods 60 patients with CSC were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The treatment group was treated with Wulingsan plus and subtractive prescription, the control group was treated with vitamin B1 and vitamin C for one month, and the clinical effect was observed after three courses of treatment. Results the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7g and the total effective rate of the control group was 73.3. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P 0.05). The area of fluorescence leakage and the degree of edema of FFA in the treatment group were better than that in the control group (P 0.01), and that in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion Wuling Powder plus or minus prescription has good curative effect on CSC.
