“循经感传”的源流考证

【摘要】：古代医籍文献中并没有指代循经感传现象的专有名词,然而对该现象的描绘却十分丰富,主要从针感感应和针感传导两方面进行表述,其中得气、气至病所等是高频词。随着现代针灸研究的开展,循经感传现象不再仅是临床实践的现象,更是阐明经络实质与经络现象本质时的一个研究方向,因此出现了"经络感传""针响""经络传导和感应""经络针刺感应现象"等专有名词。随着研究不断深入,逐渐出现了"循经感传"这一突出其循经性特征的表述。1978年全国经络研究协作组建议统一使用该名称来表述相关的经络现象,此后该词才逐渐被教材、著作、文献等沿用至今。同时其定义也日臻完善,包含了"刺激穴位-产生得气感-沿经脉传导-被大脑感知"四要素。
[Abstract]:There is no proper noun to refer to the phenomenon of sense transmission along meridian in ancient medical literature, however, the description of this phenomenon is very rich, mainly from the two aspects of acupuncture sense induction and needle sense transmission, among which Qi and Qi to disease are high frequency words. With the development of modern acupuncture and moxibustion research, the phenomenon of sensory transmission along the meridian is not only a clinical practice phenomenon, but also a research direction when clarifying the essence of meridian and meridian phenomenon. Therefore, there are some proper nouns, such as "Meridian sensation", "Acupuncture", "Meridian conduction and Induction" and "Meridian Acupuncture Induction". With the deepening of the study, the expression of "feeling along the meridian", which accentuates its meridian characteristics, appeared gradually. In 1978, the National Meridian Research Cooperation Group suggested that the name should be used to describe the related meridian phenomenon in a unified way, and then the word was gradually used in textbooks. Works, documents, and so on are still in use today. At the same time, its definition is becoming more and more perfect, including the four elements of stimulating acupoints-producing qi sense-conducting along the meridians-perceiving by the brain.
