八卦头针配合火龙药灸治疗心脾两虚型失眠的疗效观察

【摘要】：目的：观察八卦头针配合火龙药灸治疗心脾两虚型失眠的临床疗效。方法：将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用八卦头针配合火龙药灸疗法治疗,对照组采用口服舒乐安定治疗,2mg/次,睡前服。2组均每天1次,10天为1疗程,疗程间隔2天,共2个疗程。分别于治疗前和治疗结束进行匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表和中医证候评分量表及临床疗效比较。治疗结束后1个月进行随访。结果：1.两组治疗前后各PSQI指标比较：在改善患者入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠质量、睡眠障碍和日间功能障碍评分方面比治疗前好,且差异均有统计学意义(p＜0.05)。2.两组治疗后的中医证候评分以及临床疗效比较,差异均无显著统计学意义(p＞0.05)。3.两组治疗结束后随访一个月的中医证候评分以及临床疗效比较,差异均有显著统计学意义(P0.05)。结论：1.八卦头针配合火龙药灸疗法及舒乐安定对改善心脾两虚型失眠患者的入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠质量、睡眠障碍和日间功能障碍评分方面均有效。2.八卦头针配合火龙药灸近期治疗心脾两虚型失眠与口服舒乐安定疗效相当。3.八卦头针配合火龙药灸疗法治疗心脾两虚型失眠的长期疗效优于口服舒乐安定,值得临床推广。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of eight diagrams scalp acupuncture combined with Huolong herbal moxibustion on insomnia with deficiency of both heart and spleen. Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Bagua scalp acupuncture combined with moxibustion of fire dragon medicine, and the control group was treated with oral sulfamide, 2mg/ times, before bedtime. The two groups were treated once a day, 10 days as a course of treatment, with a course of treatment interval of 2 days, a total of 2 courses of treatment. Pittsburgh Sleep quality Index (PSQI), TCM Syndrome scale (TCM) and clinical efficacy were compared before and after treatment. The patients were followed up 1 month after treatment. Results: 1. Comparison of PSQI indexes before and after treatment: the scores of sleep time, sleep efficiency, sleep quality, sleep disorder and daytime dysfunction were better than those before treatment. The difference was statistically significant (p < 0.05). There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score and clinical efficacy between the two groups after treatment (p > 0.05). The two groups were followed up for one month after the treatment of TCM syndromes score and clinical efficacy, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion 1. Gossip scalp acupuncture combined with fire dragon medicine moxibustion therapy and solanolam were effective in improving sleep time, sleep efficiency, sleep quality, sleep disorder and daytime dysfunction score of insomnia patients with deficiency of both heart and spleen. 2. Bagua scalp acupuncture combined with fire dragon medicine moxibustion for insomnia of deficiency of both heart and spleen is equivalent to oral sulfamide. The long-term curative effect of the treatment of insomnia of deficiency of heart and spleen is better than that of oral sulfamide, and it is worth popularizing in clinic.
