补肾定经汤结合耳穴贴压法治疗肾虚肝郁型月经过少的临床观察

【摘要】：目的:通过临床上观察口服补肾定经汤结合耳穴贴压治疗肾虚肝郁型月经过少的安全性与疗效性,并且进行初步地探讨,以便为临床上治疗肾虚肝郁型月经过少提供一种有效的方法。方法:选取符合纳入标准的肾虚肝郁型月经过少患者72例,脱落8例,入组64例。患者均为2014年12月至2015年12月在长春中医药大学附属医院妇科门诊就诊的患者。随机地将其平均分成两组,治疗组给予补肾定经汤结合耳穴贴压治疗,对照组给予单纯补肾定经汤治疗。20天为一个疗程,连续观察三个疗程,最后对比两组患者治疗前后的症状、体征及月经量的改变情况,统计临床疗效。结果:经治疗三个疗程后,治疗组32例,痊愈8例,占25%;显效10例,占31.25%;有效9例,占28.13%;无效5例,占15.62%;总有效率为84.38%。对照组32例,治愈2例,占6.25%;显效7例,占21.87%;有效13例,占40.63%;无效10例,占31.25%;总有效率为68.75%。治疗组与对照组的临床疗效具有显著性差异,具有统计学意义,说明口服补肾定经汤结合耳穴贴压法的疗效明显优于单纯口服补肾定经汤。结论:通过临床上的观察对比分析,发现口服补肾定经汤结合耳穴贴压治疗肾虚肝郁型月经过少疗效显著且应用安全可靠,没有明显的副作用,值得在临床上推广。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the safety and curative effect of oral Bushen Dingjing decoction combined with auricular acupoint plaster on menorrhagia due to kidney deficiency and liver depression. In order to provide an effective method for the treatment of kidney deficiency and liver depression menstruation. Methods: 72 cases of hypomenorrhea with kidney deficiency and liver depression, 8 cases of shedding and 64 cases of entering group were selected. The patients were from December 2014 to December 2015 in department of gynecology clinic of affiliated hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine. It was randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with Bushen Dingjing decoction combined with auricular acupoint pressing, while the control group was treated with Bushen Dingjing decoction. 20 days was a course of treatment, and three consecutive courses of treatment were observed. Finally, the changes of symptoms, signs and menstrual volume before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: after three courses of treatment, 32 cases were cured in the treatment group, 8 cases were cured (25 cases), 10 cases were markedly effective (31. 25%), 9 cases (28. 13%) were effective, 5 cases (15. 62%) were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 84. 38%. In the control group, 2 cases were cured (6.25%); 7 cases were markedly effective (21.87%); 13 cases (40.63%) were effective; 10 cases (31.25%) were ineffective; the total effective rate was 68.75%. The clinical efficacy of the treatment group and the control group has significant difference, with statistical significance, indicating that oral Bushen Dingjing decoction combined with auricular acupoint pressing method is significantly better than only oral Bushen Dingjing decoction. Conclusion: through clinical observation and comparative analysis, it is found that oral Bushen Dingjing decoction combined with auricular point plaster is effective in treating menorrhagia with deficiency of kidney and liver depression, and is safe and reliable, without obvious side effects, so it is worth popularizing in clinic.
