突尼斯高等教育毕业生失业问题研究

近几十年来,突尼斯经历了快速发展,许多突尼斯改革和投资也得到的发展,但这些改革并未涵盖教育和就业等所有部门,因为突尼斯的第三个周期正日益面临失业问题。2018年,接受高等教育的突尼斯人中有29.3%失业,而社区总失业率为15.5%。近10年来,毕业生的总失业率也在上升,从2008年起,失业率为42,7%,到2017年,失业率达到52%,甚至性别之间的失业率存在显著差异,男性为17%,女性为38.8%,高等教育毕业生的失业率可以通过学生选择的专业来调节。例如,突尼斯国家统计研究所(National Institute of Statistics)的数据显示,在2018暖大学的硕士学位学生每年约92000名毕业生失业。而人文学科硕士学位达到每名未就业毕业生4.1万人,与法律、经济、管理等其他学科的硕士学位有所不同。本研究的目的是了解突尼斯高等教育制度对毕业生失业率的影响,以及了解高等教育制度和劳动力市场监管的现状以及如何运作的目标。独立后,突尼斯政府根据宪法“教育是16岁的义务教育,保证各级免费公共教育的权利”,致力于建立一个有坚实师资基础的教育体系,并于2006年决定改进高等教育。随着L...
