【摘要】：文章以律师志愿者参与未成年人保护的视角,分析三例刑事未成年被害人个案救助中面临的刑事诉讼程序保障、监护职责缺失两大共性问题及律师志愿者参与成都未成年人司法保护体系构建发挥的作用,以呈现成都未成年人保护模式的实践性、实用性、有效性。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of lawyers' volunteer participation in the protection of minors, the article analyzes the protection of criminal procedure in the rescue of three cases of juvenile victims. There are two common problems in the absence of guardianship duty and the role played by lawyers' volunteers in the construction of judicial protection system for minors in Chengdu in order to present the practicality practicability and effectiveness of the protection model of minors in Chengdu.
