【摘要】：社会冲突从词源学角度进行解释多为表面的释意解释,而社会学冲突论者试图超越现实社会制度和社会结构,用冲突来解释一切社会现象和社会过程,这实际上是一种缺少社会实践基础的解释方法,只有在马克思社会冲突的基础上,从法学的角度进行价值解释,并以既定的社会秩序为基础阐释社会冲突,才能弥合因学科不同而形成的理论差异。
[Abstract]:The interpretation of social conflict from the perspective of etymology is mostly a superficial explanation, while sociological conflict theorists try to transcend the social system and social structure and use conflict to explain all social phenomena and social processes. In fact, it is a kind of explanation method that lacks the foundation of social practice. Only on the basis of Marx's social conflict, the value interpretation is carried out from the angle of jurisprudence, and the social conflict is explained on the basis of the established social order. Ability to bridge the theoretical differences formed by different disciplines.
