【摘要】：迄今尚没有对于湘鄂赣革命根据地法律文献的系统和专门整理,大多散见于与湘鄂赣革命根据地有关的文献资料中,有必要加强抢救性发掘和系统整理出版。学术界对于湘鄂赣革命根据地法制建设的研究,主要集中在两个方面:一是在通史类或专史类论著中对于法制建设的介绍或简要评述;二是对于经济法、土地法、行政法等部门法的集中研究。需要拓宽研究领域和研究视野,从中共革命法制史的高度加强对湘鄂赣根据地法制建设的宏观研究;深化法理研究,加强对湘鄂赣革命根据地的法制宣传教育研究;借鉴运用法学、史学、政治学、社会学等学科方法,创新湘鄂赣革命根据地法制建设研究。
[Abstract]:Up to now, there is no systematic and specialized collation of the legal documents in the Hunan-Hubei and Jiangxi revolutionary base areas, most of which are scattered in the literature related to the Hunan-Hubei and Jiangxi revolutionary base areas. It is necessary to strengthen salvage excavations and systematic arrangement and publishing. The academic research on the legal system construction in the Hunan-Hubei and Jiangxi revolutionary base areas. It mainly focuses on two aspects: first, the introduction or brief comment on the legal system construction in the works of general history or special history; Secondly, it is necessary to broaden the research field and research field and strengthen the macroscopic research on the legal system construction in the base area of Hunan, Hubei and Jiangxi from the height of the history of the Chinese Communist Party's revolutionary legal system, for the economic law, the land law, the administrative law and so on. Deepening the study of legal theory and strengthening the study of legal propaganda and education in the revolutionary base areas of Hunan Hubei and Jiangxi; By using the methods of law, history, politics, sociology and so on, this paper innovates the research on the legal system construction of Hunan, Hubei and Jiangxi revolutionary base areas.
