浅析民商事法律谈判实务的目的与技巧

【摘要】：在如今的民商事法律业务当中,法律谈判已经成为民商事法律工作实务当中的重要一环。民商事法律谈判对于法律人自身素质提高,法律工作团队与客户利益实现乃至市场经济发展都有着重要的意义。在民商事法律谈判的过程中,不仅需要法律人专业的法律知识,还需要诸如法律谈判策略,法律人自身素养和团队合作等多种法律谈判技巧,才能完成一场成功的民商事法律谈判,实现法律人自身利益,谈判者双方利益和社会利益三方利益的有机统一。
[Abstract]:In today's civil and commercial law business, legal negotiation has become an important part of the practice of civil and commercial law work. Civil and commercial law negotiation has improved the quality of the legal person himself. In the process of civil and commercial law negotiation, not only the legal personnel's professional legal knowledge is needed, but also the legal negotiation strategy, such as legal negotiation strategy, is very important to the realization of the interests of the legal work team and the customer, as well as to the development of the market economy. In order to complete a successful civil and commercial law negotiation, the legal person's own accomplishment and team cooperation can realize the organic unity of the legal person's own interests, the negotiators' interests and the social interests's tripartite interests.
