越南《体育法》研究

【摘要】：运用文献资料法、文本分析法等对越南《体育法》的立法进程、内容和特点进行分析。主要结论:立法内容包括总则、公民体育、竞技体育、体育产业机构、体育资源发展保障、越南奥委会与社会职业体育组织、国际体育合作、体育行为奖惩和实施规定9个章节;立法特点表现为明确军事体育发展的核心地位,通过政府控制优化体育资源配置,倡导体育"自治"和"他治"的衔接,注重区域民俗体育文化的保护,通过体育提高国家的国际影响力。
[Abstract]:The legislative process, contents and characteristics of Vietnam's Sports Law are analyzed by means of literature and text analysis. The main conclusions are as follows: the legislative content includes general principles, citizen sports, competitive sports, sports industry organizations, etc. The development of sports resources, the Vietnamese Olympic Committee and social professional sports organizations, international sports cooperation, sports behavior rewards and punishments and implementation of the provisions of 9 chapters, the legislative characteristics of clear military sports development of the core position, Through government control and optimizing the allocation of sports resources, the author advocates the connection of sports "autonomy" and "other governance", pays attention to the protection of regional folk sports culture, and enhances the international influence of the country through sports.
