美国图书馆视障群体服务的法律环境研究

【摘要】：文章介绍美国图书馆视障群体服务的法律设计所经历的阶段及其全面而系统的法律环境。为完善我国视障群体服务的法律环境,建议加强图书馆立法,建立健全为视障群体服务的图书馆法律体系;加强交流合作,与国际惯例接轨;加强协作协调,完善无障碍建设法律体系。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the stage of the legal design and the comprehensive and systematic legal environment for the service of the visually impaired group in American libraries. In order to perfect the legal environment of the service of the visually impaired group in our country, it is suggested to strengthen the legislation of the library. It is necessary to establish and perfect the legal system of library for the visually impaired, to strengthen communication and cooperation, to connect with international practice, to strengthen coordination and cooperation, and to perfect the legal system of barrier-free construction.
