【摘要】：中国共产党第十九次全国代表大会在圆满完成预定议程后胜利闭幕。全会通过了习近平总书记代表十八届中央委员会所作的题为《决胜全面建成小康社会夺取新时代中国特色社会主义伟大胜利》的报告。从法学视角观察,这个报告确定了中国特色社会主义新时代法治建设的历史方位、思想理论基础、战略构思、实践策略、制度完善、文化支撑,强调夯实中国特色社会主义新时代法治建设的社会基础,指明了中国特色社会主义新时代法治建设的绿色发展方向,展现了中国特色社会主义新时代法治建设的全球视野,进一步明确了中国特色社会主义新时代法治建设的根本保障力量,确立了中国特色社会主义新时代法治建设的新形象,是一部规划确定中国特色社会主义新时代法治建设实践行动纲领的重要文献。
[Abstract]:The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China successfully concluded its scheduled agenda.
