中美心理测试技术编题方法比较研究

【摘要】：纵观心理测试技术(测谎)的发展历程,编题理论与方法始终伴随着该项技术的发展而发展,并是该项技术整个理论方法体系中非常重要的一个部分。国外编题理论与方法主要以美国的发展方向为导向,在编题的原理、依据、原则、模式等方面继承了传统的测谎理论与方法,题目编制以欺骗性检验为主,旨在检测被测人有无说谎。中国心理测试技术编题理论与方法以认知综合检测法为代表,由武伯欣等人于上世纪九十年代中叶借鉴国外编题方法,结合中国国情自主研创而成,旨在检测被测人有无涉案违法、犯罪心理痕迹。其经过武伯欣近二十年、近一千五百起各类疑难案件的实测检验,证明具有很高的准确性和科学性。本文从历史唯物主义的角度出发,从心理学发展的历史沿革中寻找心理测试技术及其编题理论与方法发展的规律和方向,在对中美心理测试技术及其编题方法的历史背景进行深入研究、了解和比较的基础上,对中美心理测试技术编题理论与方法从原理、依据、检测目标以及信度与效度等角度进行全面系统的研究和比较,剖析美国准绳问题测试编题方法和犯罪情景测试编题方法中存在的错误和不足,论证认知综合检测编题方法的优势和科学性,为有关人士辨识美国测试方法提供理论依据,以纠正“美式”测谎传入中国后所造成的危害,为心理测试技术在中国的健康科学发展尽一点微薄之力。
[Abstract]:Throughout the development of psychological testing technology (lie detection), the theory and method of compiling questions has always been accompanied by the development of the technology. And it is a very important part of the whole theory and method system of this technology. The theories and methods of compiling questions abroad are mainly guided by the development direction of the United States. The model inherits the traditional lie detection theory and method, and the problem is compiled mainly by deceptive test, aiming to detect whether the subjects are lying or not. The theory and method of Chinese psychological test technique is represented by the cognitive comprehensive test method. Created by Wu Boxin and others in the middle of the 1990s using foreign methods for reference and combining with China's national conditions, the purpose of the study is to detect whether there are any psychological traces of crimes and crimes committed by the subjects involved. After nearly 20 years, Wu Boxin has been involved in the study. The test of nearly 1500 difficult cases proves that it is very accurate and scientific. From the perspective of historical materialism, this paper looks for the law and direction of the development of psychological testing technology and the theory and method of compiling questions from the historical evolution of psychology. On the basis of deeply studying, understanding and comparing the historical background of Chinese and American psychological test technology and its compiling method, the theory and method of Chinese and American psychological test technique are analyzed from the principle, basis, This paper makes a comprehensive and systematic study and comparison of the detection target, reliability and validity, and analyzes the errors and shortcomings in the methods of compiling the test questions of the criterion problem in the United States and the methods of compiling the questions in the crime situation test. To demonstrate the advantages and scientific nature of the method of compiling questions for comprehensive cognitive testing, and to provide theoretical basis for the identification of the testing methods in the United States, so as to correct the harm caused by the introduction of "American" lie tests into China.
