【摘要】：2014年美国签署了2014—2018年农业法案,该法案针对商品计划进行了各种调整,取消了直接补贴、反周期支付、平均收入选择补贴,建立了价格损失保障计划、农业风险保障计划,本文关注商品计划调整的主要内容及对中国农产品生产者、消费者的可能影响,并得出相关启示。
[Abstract]:In 2014, the United States signed the 2014-2018 Agriculture Act, which makes various adjustments to the commodity program, eliminating direct subsidies, countercyclical payments, average income choice subsidies, establishing a price loss guarantee program, and an agricultural risk protection program.This paper focuses on the main contents of the adjustment of commodity planning and its possible impact on the producers and consumers of agricultural products in China, and draws some relevant revelations.
