【摘要】：藏民族文化可以称得上是世界上最为独特、最有创造性的文化,强烈的民族文化认同、趋同经济结构、相当的资源优势、相似的文化产业策略为"藏民族文化圈"的建立提供了可行性依据,"藏民族文化圈"的形成对于发展藏民族区域文化产业、盘活藏区经济、促进地方政府间合作都具有积极作用。"藏民族文化圈"文化产业的大发展、大繁荣离不开法制建设,提高藏区立法、司法、执法机制,加强藏区法制本土化进程,对于藏区文化产业快速发展,提升"藏民族文化圈"区域政府合作意义深远。
[Abstract]:Tibetan culture can be described as the most unique and creative culture in the world, strong national cultural identity, convergence of economic structure, and considerable resource advantages. The similar strategy of cultural industry provides a feasible basis for the establishment of "Tibetan national cultural circle". The formation of "Tibetan national cultural circle" is of great importance to the development of Tibetan regional cultural industry and the revitalization of Tibetan economy. Promoting cooperation between local governments has a positive effect. " The great development of the cultural industry of the Tibetan ethnic group "the great prosperity of the cultural industry cannot be separated from the construction of the legal system, the improvement of the legislative, judicial, and law enforcement mechanisms in the Tibetan area, and the strengthening of the process of localization of the legal system in the Tibetan region," he said. The promotion of "Tibetan cultural circle" regional government cooperation far-reaching significance.
