【摘要】：正近年来党和国家倡导并高度重视生态文明建设。十八大报告首次单篇论述生态文明建设,并把它提到作为经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设基础性地位的高度加以认识,而加快推进生态文明建设的具体意见也已出台,在举国上下都在如火如荼地进行生态文明建设之际,湖南师范大学出版社于2015年底出版了李爱年教授与肖爱副教授合著的《法治保障生态化:从单一到多维》。该书系湖南师范
[Abstract]:In recent years, the party and the state have advocated and attached great importance to the construction of ecological civilization.
