【摘要】：正刚刚召开的十八届四中全会,第一次在党的中央全会上专题研究依法治国问题。在改革攻坚期、发展机遇期、社会风险期,专题研究如何运用法治改进党的领导,是全党的任务,也是全社会的期待。法治中国建设被提升到前所未有的高度,表明了党中央加快建设社会主义法治国家的坚定决心和信心。意味着在依法治国基本方略提出18个年头之后,法治中国的建设进
[Abstract]:The fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, which was just held, was devoted to the issue of governing the country according to law for the first time in the plenary session of the CPC Central Committee. It is the task of the whole Party and the expectation of the whole society to study how to use the rule of law to improve the leadership of the Party in the period of reform, the period of opportunity for development and the period of social risk. The construction of China under the rule of law has been promoted to an unprecedented height, indicating the firm determination and confidence of the CPC Central Committee to speed up the construction of a socialist country ruled by law. It means that after the basic strategy of governing the country according to law is put forward 18 years later, the construction of China under the rule of law will advance.
