法庭科学的学科建设和人才培养的新路径

【摘要】：法庭科学是科学证据的基础学科,是由多项基础学科交叉组成的边缘学科。由于学科的特殊性,在对学科的发展以及专业性人才的培养上有一定的难度,例如公认的法庭科学仅指刑事科学技术,但一些社会科学是否包含在法庭科学中仍有不同的声音。文章从广义和狭义两个方面描述法庭科学的定义,并根据发达国家法庭科学的发展之路,为我国的法庭科学发展提出几点建议。
[Abstract]:Forensic science is the basic discipline of scientific evidence, which is an interdisciplinary discipline composed of many basic disciplines. Because of the particularity of the subject, it is difficult to develop the subject and train the professional talents. For example, the recognized forensic science only refers to the criminal science and technology, but whether some social sciences are included in the forensic science still have different voices. This paper describes the definition of forensic science from two aspects of broad sense and narrow sense, and puts forward some suggestions for the development of forensic science in China according to the way of development of forensic science in developed countries.
