抗战时期中国共产党对廉政建设法治化的探索——以陕甘宁边区为例

【摘要】：在抗战时期,中国共产党探索廉政建设法治化,是延续中央苏区廉政建设的传统,也是巩固自身政权的需要。在抗日根据地,中国共产党对立法、惩治和教育领域开展了廉政建设法治化的实践探索。认真学习和汲取抗战时期廉政建设法治化实践探索经验,对当前强化法治反腐力度具有重要的现实意义。
[Abstract]:During the Anti-Japanese War, the CPC explored the rule of law in the construction of a clean government, which was the continuation of the tradition of building a clean government in the Central Soviet area and the need to consolidate its own political power. In the anti-Japanese base area, the Communist Party of China carried out the practice of legalizing the construction of clean government in the fields of legislation, punishment and education. It is of great practical significance to study and learn from the practice and exploration experience in the construction of a clean and honest government during the Anti-Japanese War, which is of great practical significance for strengthening the anti-corruption efforts of the rule of law at present.
