媒介融合时代公民法治意识培育路径

【摘要】：以媒介建构、引导和培育公民法治意识对全面落实依法治国基本方略具有重要意义。文章分析了媒介融合时代公民法治意识培育的内涵、意义及路径,认为媒介融合时代要通过优化目标理念、完善主体要素和机制条件来促进公民法治意识的生成与发展。
[Abstract]:It is of great significance to construct, guide and cultivate citizens' consciousness of rule of law by means of media in order to carry out the basic strategy of governing the country according to law in an all-round way. This paper analyzes the connotation, significance and path of the cultivation of citizens' consciousness of ruling by law in the era of media fusion, and points out that the era of media convergence should promote the generation and development of citizens' consciousness of rule of law by optimizing the concept of goal, perfecting the main elements and the conditions of mechanism.
