【摘要】：正浙江师范大学法政学院陈醇教授撰写的《权利结构理论:以商法为例》一书,于2013年11月由法律出版社出版。该书是"十二五"国家规划重点出版图书,并入选中国法学学术丛书。该书第十章是作者主持的浙江省哲学社会科学规划重点课题"商法中的权利结构问题"(10CGFX01Z))的阶段性成果。该书以商法为例研究了权利结构的基本原理。全书共有10章,分别讨论了权利结构安排与权利功
[Abstract]:The Theory of right structure: taking Commercial Law as an example, by Professor Chen Tong, School of Law and Politics, Zhejiang normal University, was published by Law Press in November 2013. The book is a national plan for the 12 th five-year plan to publish key books, and selected Chinese law academic series. The tenth chapter of the book is the stage achievement of the key topic of Zhejiang philosophy and social science planning, "the right structure in Commercial Law" (10CGFX01Z). The book takes commercial law as an example to study the basic principle of right structure. The book consists of 10 chapters, and discusses the structure of the right and the work of the right respectively.
