推进法治社会理论与实践创新

【摘要】：法治社会是在法治国家、法治政府之后提出的一个关涉法治全局的概念;法治社会并不是一个孤立的概念,它与法治国家、法治政府甚至还有法治政党等概念相联系,在一定意义上也可以将其视为法治国家、法治政府和整个法治的基础;法治社会是一个发展着的概念,与法治国家、法治政府、法治政党的理论和实践相比,法治社会的相关理论和制度尚不成熟。推进法治社会理论与实践创新,在法治国家、法治政府、法治社会一体建设的逻辑中,理解法治社会的基本内涵与特征,在社会治理、社会自治、社会法治一脉相承的逻辑中,寻求法治社会的构成体系和基本路径,从而在学术上拓展社会法学、公法学和整个法学理论及学科体系,推进中国特色社会主义法治理论体系的完善和发展,在实践中形成党内法治、国家法治、社会法治同步发展的局面,全面推进依法治国、加快建设法治中国。
[Abstract]:The society under the rule of law is a concept that concerns the overall situation of the rule of law after the country under the rule of law and the government of the rule of law, and the society of the rule of law is not an isolated concept, it is related to the concept of a country ruled by law, the government of the rule of law and even political parties. In a certain sense, it can also be regarded as the basis of the rule of law, the government of the rule of law and the rule of law as a whole. The relevant theories and systems of the society ruled by law are not yet mature. To promote the innovation of the theory and practice of the society ruled by law, to understand the basic connotation and characteristics of the society ruled by law in the logic of the construction of a country ruled by law, a government ruled by law and a society ruled by law, and in the logic of social governance, social autonomy, and social rule by law. Seek the constitution system and basic path of the society ruled by law, so as to expand the social jurisprudence, public law science and the whole legal theory and discipline system, and promote the perfection and development of the theory system of the rule of law of socialism with Chinese characteristics. In practice, the rule of law within the party, the rule of law in the country and the rule of law in society develop synchronously, promote the rule of law in an all-round way, and accelerate the construction of a country ruled by law.
