街区制社区法治教育研究

【摘要】：随着城市化的发展,国家非常重视建设"无墙化"社区。较之于传统的封闭式社区,街区制社区的推广使社区法治教育面临开放的地理空间、复杂的居民结构、公众的参与意识缺乏、社会组织力量薄弱等一系列新挑战。在全面依法治国的时代背景下,在构建和谐社会的进程中,街区制社区法治教育水平的提高对于推进我国民主法治建设和精神文明建设具有重要现实意义。街区制社区法治教育作为一项新兴的研究课题,具有其鲜明的时代特色。加强对街区制社区法治教育的研究,拓展了法治教育的相关内容,促进了思想政治教育理论体系的不断充实和完善,在一定程度上推动了思想政治教育学科理论的发展和创新。本文分为四部分,主要包括如下内容:第一部分:主要对基本概念和意义进行梳理,包括街区制社区、社区法治教育、街区制社区法治教育的概念及街区制社区法治教育的意义;第二部分:主要通过分析比较街区制社区与封闭式社区法治教育时间与空间的差异、教育主体与客体的不同点、内容与载体的差异,总结出街区制社区法治教育的特点;第三部分:主要研究街区制社区法治教育的理论基础、内容及原则;第四部分:主要阐述街区制社区的法治教育路径,如:街区制社区法治教育模式的"无墙化"、街区制社区法治教育要突出街区特色,以及管理的网格化、宣传载体的丰富化、监督评估机制的完善化。本文通过梳理街区制社区法治教育的理论基础,厘清街区制社区法治教育的内容及原则,比较封闭式社区与街区制社区法治教育的异同,并指出街区制社区法治教育的路径。
[Abstract]:With the development of urbanization, the country attaches great importance to the construction of "no-wall" community. Compared with the traditional closed community, the community legal education faces a series of new challenges, such as open geographical space, complex resident structure, lack of public participation consciousness, weak social organization and so on. Under the background of ruling the country according to law in an all-round way and in the process of building a harmonious society, the improvement of the level of education on the rule of law in the community of block system is of great practical significance for promoting the construction of democracy and rule of law and the construction of spiritual civilization in our country. As a new research topic, community legal education in block system has its distinctive characteristics of the times. To strengthen the research on community rule of law education in block system, expand the relevant contents of law education, promote the constant enrichment and perfection of ideological and political education theory system, and promote the development and innovation of ideological and political education discipline theory to a certain extent. This article is divided into four parts, mainly including the following contents: the first part: the basic concept and significance of the comb, including block system of community, community education of the rule of law, The second part: mainly through analyzing and comparing the difference of time and space between block system community and closed community rule of law education, the main body and object of education are different. The difference between content and carrier summarizes the characteristics of community rule of law education in block system; the third part mainly studies the theoretical basis, content and principle of community rule of law education in block system; the fourth part mainly expounds the path of legal education in block system community. For example: the "no wall" of the education mode of community rule of law in the block system, the education of rule of law in the district system should highlight the characteristics of the block, the grid of management, the enrichment of propaganda carrier and the perfection of supervision and evaluation mechanism. By combing the theoretical basis of community rule of law education in block system, this paper clarifies the content and principle of community rule of law education in block system, compares the similarities and differences between closed community and block system community rule of law education, and points out the path of block system community rule of law education.
