卓越法律人才培养机制再思考——以“第二课堂”学生工作手段创新为视角

【摘要】：如何定位高校学生工作在卓越法律人才培养中的地位,发挥高校整体教育资源优势,服务于卓越法学人才培养是当前我国法学教育领域亟需思考的重要问题。以高校"第二课堂"学生工作手段创新为视角,在界定卓越法律人才内涵和外延的基础上,就法科学生课外专业研习、法律实践以及职业道德养成等高素质法律人才培养问题进行分析并进行制度优化设计,以期对完善我国卓越法律人才培养机制有所裨益。
[Abstract]:How to orientate the position of university students' work in the training of outstanding legal talents, give full play to the advantages of the overall educational resources of colleges and universities, and serve the cultivation of outstanding legal talents is an important issue that needs to be considered in the field of legal education in our country at present. On the basis of defining the connotation and extension of outstanding legal talents, this paper studies the extracurricular specialty of law science students from the perspective of the innovation of the students' work means in the second classroom in colleges and universities, and on the basis of defining the connotation and extension of outstanding legal talents. In order to perfect the training mechanism of outstanding legal talents in our country, the problems of cultivating high quality legal talents such as legal practice and the cultivation of professional ethics are analyzed and the system optimization design is carried out.
