关于实行稿件“资料附件”制度的通知

【摘要】：正1.为强化论文引证资料的真实性和规范性,进一步提高《中国法学》、China Legal Science的学术水平和公信力,特建立"资料附件"制度。2.凡给《中国法学》、China Legal Science投稿的作者,在文章中直接引用、间接引用中外文文献、法规、案例、新闻报道等资料的,应随所投稿件的正文提供一份"资料附件"电子文档。每一条引证性注释,均要求有对应的"资料源信息"。一篇文章的全部"资料源信息"构成该篇文章的"资料附件"。
[Abstract]:Regular 1. In order to strengthen the authenticity and standardization of citation materials and further improve the academic level and credibility of China Legal Science, the system of "data attachment" is established. Any author who contributes to China Legal Science directly or indirectly refers to Chinese and foreign documents, laws, regulations, cases, news reports, etc., shall provide an electronic document of "data attachment" along with the text of the manuscript submitted. Each citation note requires a corresponding "source information". The full Source Information of an article constitutes the data attachment of the article.
