快播公司传播淫秽物品牟利案一审落锤——铲除互联网“黄毒”需多方合力

【摘要】：正9月13日,备受关注的快播公司及王欣等人涉嫌非法传播淫秽物品牟利罪一案在北京市海淀区人民法院一审宣判。在经过两次公开审理后,法院最终判决快播公司及王欣等4名被告人涉嫌传播淫秽物品牟利罪成立。判决快播公司犯传播淫秽物品牟利罪,判处罚金1000万元;王欣,张克东、吴铭、牛文举分别被判处3年6个月至3年有期徒刑,并处罚金。网络传播"黄毒"给社会造成不良影响,同时,技术的飞速发展也为我国司法审判带来新挑战。这些变化给监
[Abstract]:On Sept. 13, the concerned rapid-air company and Wang Xin et al. were convicted in the Beijing Haidian District people's Court of the crime of illegally distributing obscene materials for profit. After two public hearings, the court finally convicted four defendants, including Express and Wang Xin, of spreading obscene articles for profit. The company was sentenced to a fine of 10 million yuan for the crime of spreading obscene articles for profit. Wang Xin, Zhang Kedong, Wu Ming and Niu Wenju were sentenced to three years, six months and three years of imprisonment, as well as a fine.
