欧洲各国政府信息公开法中的豁免公开范围比较分析

【摘要】：通过对欧洲34个国家政府信息公开相关法律条文的分析整理,比较研究了欧洲各国政府信息公开的豁免范围,分析欧洲不同国家在信息公开豁免范围上的共性与差异,结合欧洲各国的国情解析各国在政府信息公开豁免范围上的存在差异的原因,并提出了完善我国政府信息公开工作相关建议。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the relevant legal provisions of 34 European countries on the disclosure of government information, this paper makes a comparative study on the scope of exemption for the disclosure of government information in European countries, and analyzes the commonalities and differences in the scope of exemption of information disclosure in different countries in Europe. Combined with the national conditions of European countries, this paper analyzes the reasons for the differences in the scope of exemption from disclosure of government information, and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the publicity of government information in China.
