【摘要】：正2013年12月30日,国家版权局、国家互联网信息办公室、工业和信息化部、公安部联合召开"2013年打击网络侵权盗版专项治理‘剑网行动’新闻发布会",公布了2013年"剑网行动"十大案件,其中,"百度公司、快播公司侵犯著作权案"位列十大案件之首。该案是"剑网"行动开展以来,以国家版权局名义直接立案查处的第一案,也是作品传播技术发展与著作权保护制度发生碰撞的经典案例,对正在进行的著作权法修订工作有着积极的借鉴意义。1"以传播盗版为业"—快播公司成为
[Abstract]:On 30 December 2013, the National copyright Authority, the National Internet Information Office, the Ministry of Industry and Information, The Ministry of Public Security jointly held a "2013 news conference on combating copyright infringement and piracy on the Internet", announcing the top ten cases of "Jian net Action" in 2013, in which "Baidu Company, Fast broadcast Company infringing copyright case" ranked first among the top ten cases. This case is the first case directly filed and dealt with in the name of the National copyright Administration since the "Jian net" operation was launched, and it is also a classic case of a collision between the development of work dissemination technology and the copyright protection system.
