【摘要】：正刘晓红,1965年生,江苏南通人,1983年~1990年在华东政法大学就读,先后获得法学学士和法学硕士学位,1990年起在华东政法大学留校任教,2004年获得法学博士学位,在华东政法大学先后担任国际私法教研室主任、国际法系副主任、国际交流处处长、华东政法大学副校长,兼任华政律师学院院长、中国自贸区法律研究院院长;现任上海政法学院校长、教授、博士研究生导师,兼任国际商会(ICC)仲裁与替代争议解决委员会副主席、中国国际私法学会副会长、中国仲裁法学研究会副秘
[Abstract]:Liu Xiaohong, born in 1965, was born in Nantong, Jiangsu. He studied in eastern China University of politics and law in 1983 ~1990. He received a Bachelor of law and a master's degree in law. He was taught in eastern China University of law and law in 1990. He received a doctor's degree in law in 2004. He was the director of the international private law teaching and Research Office in East China University of politics and law, the deputy director of international law system and international exchange.
