十八大以来全面依法治国的理论与实践论纲

【摘要】：中共十八大以来的五年,是全面推进依法治国、加快建设社会主义法治国家取得重大进展的五年。以习近平同志为核心的党中央把全面依法治国放在"四个全面"战略布局中加以战略谋划和扎实推进,开启了全面依法治国、实现中国法治现代化的新时代。坚持不懈抓好宪法实施工作,推动中国特色社会主义法律体系的完善和发展,改革和完善立法体制,加快建设法治政府,加快建设法治经济,加快建设法治社会,扎实推进司法体系改革,坚持依法治国与依规治党统筹推进,坚定推动依法治国与以德治国相结合,坚持在法治轨道上全面深化改革,等等,鲜明展示了十八大以来全面依法治国的伟大实践和运动方向,凝结着殊为丰富的当代中国法治发展的宝贵经验。
[Abstract]:The five years since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) have been five years in which the rule of law has been comprehensively promoted and major progress has been made in the construction of a socialist country ruled by law. The Party Central Committee, with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, has put the overall rule of law in the "four all-round" strategic layout for strategic planning and solid advancement, thus opening a new era of overall rule of law and realizing the modernization of China's rule of law. Unswervingly grasping the implementation of the Constitution, promoting the improvement and development of the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics, reforming and perfecting the legislative system, speeding up the construction of a government ruled by law, speeding up the construction of an economy governed by law, and speeding up the construction of a society ruled by law, We should promote the reform of the judicial system in a down-to-earth manner, adhere to the principle of governing the country according to law and governing the party in accordance with rules of law as a whole, firmly promote the combination of the rule of law and the rule of virtue, and persist in comprehensively deepening reform on the track of rule of law It clearly shows the great practice and direction of running the country according to law since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and condenses valuable experience in the development of the rule of law in contemporary China.
