自然法:洛克社会契约理论的基石

【摘要】：自然法是洛克建构整个社会政治理论体系背后的基石。洛克借助传统的自然法观念为其具有强烈现代色彩的政治理论提供道义的支撑和规范的基础,探讨洛克自然法理论的本质内涵及其在社会契约理论建构中的作用和地位,对于正确理解洛克的政治哲学甚至整个近代自由主义的规范性基础都具有极为重要的意义。从自然法背后的宗教基础、自然法与自然权利、自然法与政治社会三个方面可作为详细阐释洛克自然法理论的基础,并可由此深入剖析洛克整个社会契约理论背后的逻辑。
[Abstract]:Natural law is the cornerstone behind Locke's construction of the whole social and political theory system. With the help of the traditional concept of natural law, Locke provides moral support and normative basis for his political theory with strong modern color, and probes into the essential connotation of Locke's theory of natural law and its role and position in the construction of social contract theory. It is of great significance to correctly understand Locke's political philosophy and even the normative foundation of modern liberalism. The religious basis, natural law and natural rights, natural law and political society can be used as the basis of explaining Locke's theory of natural law in detail, and the logic behind Locke's whole social contract theory can be deeply analyzed.
