论本科法学职业教育目标的多元化及其实现

【摘要】：本科法学教育是素质教育、专业教育基础上的职业教育(Law Professional Education),通识教育是前提,专业教育是基础,职业教育是导向(目标)。法学本科职业教育目标必然是多元的,这是由法学本科人才培养的社会需求、我国法学本科教育的现实和现代法学高等教育自身的特点所决定的。这种多元化目标的实现最关键的又在于本科法学人才培养目标的构建、课程体系的设置和法学实践教学模式的构建与实验教学平台的建设。
[Abstract]:Undergraduate law education is quality education, vocational education on the basis of professional education (Law Professional Education), general education is the premise, professional education is the foundation, vocational education is the direction (goal). The goal of legal undergraduate vocational education must be pluralistic, which is decided by the social demand of cultivating law undergraduate talents, the reality of law undergraduate education in our country and the characteristics of modern law higher education. The key to the realization of this pluralistic goal lies in the construction of the training goal of undergraduate law talents, the setting of the curriculum system, the construction of the practical teaching mode of law and the construction of the experimental teaching platform.
