法学专业硕士生双导师制培养模式改革探索与总结

【摘要】：以西南政法大学法学专业硕士生双导师制培养模式改革为例,探索学校专职导师与法院实务导师协同培养研究生的人才培养新模式。研究生在双导师的指导下,加强理论与实际相结合,培养分析、解决问题的能力,增强学生法律实务工作能力和素质,提升其学位论文的写作水平,促进应用型法律人才的培养。
[Abstract]:Taking the reform of the double tutoring system for the law master students in Southwest University of political Science and Law as an example, this paper explores a new mode of cultivating postgraduates with the cooperation of the full-time tutor and the practical tutor of the court. Under the guidance of two tutors, the graduate students strengthen the combination of theory and practice, train the ability of analysis, solve problems, enhance the ability and quality of the students' legal practice, and improve the writing level of their dissertations. To promote the cultivation of applied legal personnel.
