汉高祖近臣陆贾的法律思想探微

【摘要】：陆贾是汉初著名思想家、政治家,是汉高祖刘邦的左膀右臂,深得刘邦倚重。在辅佐刘邦治国理政的过程中,陆贾在儒家传统学说基础上继承法家思想以及庄子的无为之治,形成了符合汉初国情、有助于汉室稳定政权的法律思想。
[Abstract]:Lu Jia was a famous thinker and politician in the early Han Dynasty. In the process of assisting Liu Bang to manage his country, Lu Jia inherited the Legalists' thought on the basis of the traditional Confucian theory and Zhuangzi's rule of inaction, which formed a legal thought which was in line with the national conditions of the early Han Dynasty and was helpful to the stability of the regime in the Han Dynasty.
