法治中国建设的制度丰碑

【摘要】：正党的十八届四中全会通过的《决定》是我们党领导人民在关键历史阶段作出的重大历史抉择。《决定》立足我国法治建设实际,直面我国法治建设中的重大问题和人民群众普遍关注的问题,提出了关于法治建设的180多项新制度和新举措,这些新制度和新举措将给中国的国家和社会治理带来深刻变化。
[Abstract]:The "decision" adopted by the fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee is a major historical choice made by the people under the leadership of our Party at a crucial historical stage. In the face of the major problems in the construction of the rule of law in China and the problems generally concerned by the people, more than 180 new systems and measures on the construction of the rule of law have been put forward. These new systems and measures will bring profound changes to the governance of China's state and society.
