【摘要】：正写作是条独行之路。作为学者,为澄明自己所思,为领悟难解之世,我们被迫走上这条道路。当从经年累月的案牍劳作中抽身而起,我们无疑希望自己的作品能够收获一众读者。让我无比受宠若惊的是,为本刊撰稿的这些读者竟如此用心。他们的文章都极富见地,其批评关切及其在实质内容和方法论层面提出的议题也颇为多样。遗憾的是,作为我对本特集的导读,受篇幅所限,本文并不允许我在此做出它们所应得的全面严谨的回应。更重要的是,经魏磊杰教授妙手译介的《法律东方主义》在中国引发的讨论现已获得独立的生
[Abstract]:Writing is a lonely road. As scholars, we are forced to follow this path in order to understand what we think and to understand the inexplicable world. When we get out of years of hard work, we no doubt hope that our works will reap a large audience. To my great surprise, the readers who wrote for this journal were so careful. Their articles are very insightful and their critical concerns and issues raised at the substantive and methodological levels are also diverse. Unfortunately, as a guide to the book, this article does not allow me to make the full and rigorous response they deserve. More importantly, the discussion of legal Orientalism in China, introduced by Professor Wei Gupta, has now gained its independence.
