公共文化单位法人治理结构建设的思考

【摘要】：法人治理结构是近年来公共文化单位建设的重点内容。深圳、广东、山东等十余个地区的法人治理结构建设已经初步展开,并获得了一定的成效。然而,公共文化单位法人治理结构改革中仍然存在着理事会权责不清、模式单一和配套措施不足等问题,需要进一步深化改革。
[Abstract]:Corporate governance structure is the focus of the construction of public cultural units in recent years. The construction of corporate governance structure in Shenzhen, Guangdong, Shandong and more than ten regions has been preliminarily carried out, and some achievements have been made. However, there are still some problems in the reform of the corporate governance structure of public cultural units, such as the unclear powers and responsibilities of the governing bodies, the singleness of the model and the insufficiency of supporting measures, and so on, so the reform needs to be further deepened.
