新发展理念视域下依法治国的深化和拓展

【摘要】：党的十八大以来,从实现国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的高度,又进一步提出了全面推进依法治国的战略部署。据此,党的十八届四中全会审议通过的《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》,对如何全面推进依法治国,提出了一系列举措。面对新形势、新任务,在新发展理念引领下,如何把全面推进依法治国的举措进一步落实,加快实现全面推进依法治国的总目标,在理论和实践上进一步深化和拓展依法治国,则是未来我国社会主义法治国家建设面临的重大任务。进一步深化和拓展依法治国的理论和实践依据,是贯彻新发展理念和社会转型的需要,是贯彻落实党的十八届四中全会"精神"的需要,是全面深化改革的目标和内在要求。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), from the height of realizing the modernization of national governance system and governance ability, the strategic plan of promoting the rule of law in an all-round way has been put forward. In view of this, the decision of the CPC Central Committee on several major issues of comprehensively promoting the rule of law adopted at the fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee put forward a series of measures on how to promote the rule of law in an all-round way. In the face of the new situation and new tasks, under the guidance of the new concept of development, how to further implement the measures to promote the rule of law in an all-round way, accelerate the realization of the overall goal of comprehensively advancing the rule of law, and further deepen and expand the rule of law in theory and practice, It is the important task facing the construction of socialist rule of law in our country in the future. Further deepening and expanding the theoretical and practical basis of ruling the country by law is the need to implement the new development concept and social transformation, the need to implement the spirit of the fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, and the goal and internal requirement of deepening the reform in an all-round way.
